Gempa di Jepang

Gempa di Jepang bermagnitude 6,7 mengguncang lokasi Hokkaido, Jepang, 9 orang meninggal karena bencana ini.

Mencuplik Japan Today, Jumat (7/9/2018), info itu berdasar pada info dari radio pemerintah Jepang, NHK. NHK juga menginformasikan sekitar 33 orang hilang serta 300 orang yang lain terluka.

Gempa besar itu mengakibatkan terjadinya tanah longsor serta mengakibatkan saluran listrik ke lebih dari 5,3 juta masyarakat terputus.

Gempa di Jepang dibarengi tanah longsor menjadi serangkaian bencana alam yang menempa negeri Matahari Terbit itu dalam 2 bulan paling akhir. Jepang sempat juga dirundung angin topan Jebi, banjir dahsyat, sampai hawa panas.

Jubir pemerintah Yoshihide Suga menyampaikan seperti dikutip kantor berita AFP, Kamis (6/9/2018), seputar 20 ribu personil penyelamat, termasuk juga polisi serta militer dikerahkan untuk menanggapi bencana. Seputar 20 ribu tentara SDF yang lain akan dikerahkan untuk masuk dalam usaha penyelamatan.

Pejabat-pejabat Jepang memperingatkan jika gempa besar dapat kembali berlangsung. “Gempa besar seringkali berlangsung, terutamanya dalam dua sampai tiga hari (sesudah gempa besar pertama),” tutur Toshiyuki Matsumori, kepala monitoring gempa serta tsunami di Badan Meteorologi Jepang.
