Apem Comal Pemalang Empuk Dimulut Kenyang Diperut

Comal adalah lokasi kecamatan di Kabupaten Pemalang yang tempatnya dibagian timur. Dengan bahasa, dialeknya telah berlainan dengan lokasi terutamanya Kota Pemalang. Disini ada satu jajanan ciri khas yang telah melegenda. Yoi, Apem Comal namanya.

Kuliner ciri khas Pemalang ini adalah kue basah berwarna coklat tua. Penampilannya unik karena kuenya telah sepaket dengan alasnya berbentuk daun pisang yang telah dibuat agak bulat.

Cita rasa Apem Comal yang terbuat dari tepung beras serta gula jawa, sejak dahulu memang selalu terjaga rasanya sampai sekarang.

Manisnya begitu cocok serta tidak membosankan karena manis-manis legitnya yang khas banget. Nama Apemnya sendiri konon adalah singakatan dari Asli Pemalang walau kebenarannya sampai saat ini belumlah dapat dibuktikan.

Apem Comal dalam membuatnya masih tetap memakai beberapa cara tradisional, Akan tetapi malah menjadi ciri khasnya jajanan ini yang masih terjaga. Bahan basic dari Apem ini berbentuk tepung beras serta gula merah. Warna coklat tua didapatkan dari gula merah.

Bahan serta cara membuat Apem Comal Pemalang

Bahan-bahan :

santan kelapa 500 ml
garam 1/2 sendok teh
ragi instan 1 sendok makan
gula merah 250 gr
tepung beras 300 gr
tepung tapioka 100 gr
vanili bubuk 1/2 sendok teh
daun pisang

Cara Pembuatan Apem Comal Pemalang

Rebus santan dengan garam di atas api kecil sampai mendidih sekalian diaduk-aduk, angkat dinginkan.
Campur semua bahan yang lain pada sebuah wadah sekalian diaduk sampai merata.
Tuangkan rebusan santan yang telah dingin dalam kombinasi bahan.
Aduk-aduk sampai semua tercampur rata serta diamkan kurang lebih saat 30 menit.
Tuangkan adonan seperlunya dalam daun pisang.
Kukus kue apem sampai betul-betul masak serta empuk.
Angkat serta Apem Comal Pemalang siap diberikan.
